What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form we keep your name, your mobile number, your email address if you gave one, the brand you picked, your message, and whether you asked for WhatsApp updates.
We also record the time you sent it, and a scrambled fingerprint of your network address that lets us stop one network flooding the form. The address itself is not stored.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. Your message is read by the Gully Group team and passed to the Gully brand you chose, or to the one that fits what you described.
We do not sell these details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Where it is kept
On a server in Bengaluru, India. Only staff who answer enquiries can sign in to read it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@gullygroup.in from the email address or mobile number you used. Deletion is completed within 30 days, and we confirm when it is done.
Complaints about how your details were handled go to the same address, marked for the grievance officer.
